Okay, so here it is, an actual, proper, real post for the first time in about three months. I can only apologise. I really don’t know why I haven’t been posting. Maybe I haven’t really had anything to post about (but then again, do I ever?), or perhaps I just forgot because I was too busy with other things? Well, that’s bullshit. All I’ve been doing is working, going to college, playing video games and occasionally going out drinking with friends/workmates. As per always.

My college course is nearing to a close. I believe June the fifth is my last day. Hopefully I’ll be okay. There’s been a few things I’ve been struggling with for the past few weeks, but I haven’t let them get on top of me, so I should be fine. Hopefully. And that said, I’m not sure as to what I’m wanting to do when I’m done with the course. I seem to be swaying towards just taking a year off to work and get some money, perhaps applying to university the year after. It’s also the option I’m most comfortable with, since I don’t seem to be quite ready to leave my hometown yet.

Work at the Co-Op is going great. Since I’ve now been there for about five months, I’ve made a handful of really good friends, who I now seem to be going out on the piss with on a semi-regular basis (I’m even going out tomorrow night to celebrate one’s birthday, and did the same thing last Friday). So things are nice. We even got our new uniforms to replace the horrible, early-90s style ones we had. I don’t feel like quite so much of a twat now when I wear it.

I’m also trying to get a new layout for the site done as well, since we’ve had this since the middle of November. I’ve got one that’s just about there. It just seems to be missing… something. Hopefully I’ll be completely happy with it soon, and I’ll be able to get it up. This one will also have a colour changer.

Anyway, that’s me for now. I’ll try my best to keep new posts appearing frequently.

Sorry for not having blogged for about six days. I’ve just haven’t had anything which I deemed interesting enough to blog about. Since I doubted you wanted to hear about the copious amounts of toast and coffee I’ve ingested the past week, I’ve just left my blog be.

However, I thought I’d post now to let you know that, on Tuesday, I shall be leaving to go down to Dundee for Christmas. I almost certainly won’t have any Internet access whilst I’m there and I won’t be back until the 28th. So you’re unlikely to hear from my during that time period. Thought I’d mention this now in case I still hadn’t found anything interesting to blog about before I leave (which, in all honesty, is pretty likely).

Hopefully, my time between now and leaving will be spent drinking with friends, since a lot of them are back in town for Christmas (most of my friends have moved away to University). Hopefully. I was planning on going out last night when one of my best friends came back, but that went tits up.

So anyway, Toodles for now. Merry Christmas everyone, when it comes!

It’s my best friend’s 18th today, so celebrations are in order, in the form of going out to the pubs and having a few alcoholic beverages. Should be a good night, except for the fact that, apart from him, I don’t really know anybody who’s coming, since it’s mostly all his army cadet mates that are coming. Still, shouldn’t be too bad. The ice tends to break after a couple of drinks.

I’d better make sure I find out when the last bus home will be as well. :\

In regards to the question I posted about the style switcher, it seems pretty obvious that it’d be better to just keep the PHP one. I may end up posting a tutorial on how to make one of each.

I’m getting a new PS3 as well. My one was supposed to be picked up for repair yesterday, but it wasn’t, since the courier had some sort of fuck-up with their database and lost all the details. I phoned up Sony, and it turns out they’re just going to swap mine for another 60GB one. Apparently, some other guy handed in a broken 60GB, but it was still in warranty, so they just swapped it rather than repair it for him. They’ve now repaired that PS3 (completely stripped it down and replaced all the parts), so it’s working fine. So, they’re coming to pick mine up on the 9th, and at the same time, I’ll get this newly repaired one, along with 4 months warranty! Yay!

Still leaves me PS3-less for a little over a week though.
